Qualifications:
- The Membership is open to all Natural Person, Filipino Citizen of Legal Age
- Former OFWs and Current OFWs residing and working with in the area of operation
- Must be 18-65 years of age
- Physically and Mentally Fit and , Not mentally incompetent, suffering from an impairment that restricts his/ her ability to decide with competence, or suffering from any critical or terminal illness of life-threatening disease/s.
- Not have been Convicted to any administrative, civil or criminal cases.
